This page explains the information used when you visit SimpleFormKit, download a file or send an inquiry. Updated October 7, 2026.

Website visits

The site uses WP Statistics to understand page visits and broad usage patterns. Its settings anonymize and hash IP information and exclude administrator visits. Browser and device information may be used in aggregate statistics. The hosting service may separately keep technical access and security logs.

Download counts

Our file counter records the template, language, format, date and number of download requests. It does not store an IP address, the contents of your completed template or an individual download history. Counts represent file requests, not unique people or confirmed completed downloads.

Editing a downloaded file

The HTML templates run in your browser. The editing and save-copy buttons do not upload your entries to this website. A saved document can contain personal information you entered; store it securely and consider who you share it with.

Inquiries

If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to the site operator through the hosting mail service to respond to the inquiry. A short-lived hash of the email address limits repeated submissions for five minutes. Do not submit payment details, identification numbers or confidential documents. You can request deletion through the same form, subject to records that must be retained by law.

Cookies and advertising

WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. This initial release has no account registration for visitors and no advertising code or checkout. If advertising or additional analytics are introduced, this page and any required consent controls will be updated before those features are enabled.
