About SimpleFormKit
SimpleFormKit is a collection of practical templates for work, household tasks and personal planning. It is built for people who need a useful starting point rather than another complicated system.
What we make
The collection includes templates for work, home and planning, in an English edition. Each file has blank writing space, a fictional filled example and instructions specific to the task. We provide printable PDFs and browser-editable HTML files. Excel editions are also available. Budget differences, expense totals and purchase subtotals use formulas; other files are simple records.
How we prepare a template
We start with the task, choose the fields that help complete it, write a small example and check the exported files for readable text and usable space. A checklist and a stock record should not have identical explanations: each page explains its own fields and limitations.
Language and country differences
English PDFs use US Letter. These templates organize information; they do not establish compliance with local tax, employment or legal requirements. Where a receiving organization specifies its own form, follow its current instructions.
