Template license

The templates provided on SimpleFormKit are free to download for personal use and internal business use. You may fill them in, print them and adapt their labels to suit your own work.

Permitted use

• Use a filled copy in your household or organization.
• Share a completed document with the people involved in that task.
• Link to a template page so others can obtain their own copy.

Restrictions

Do not sell the blank files, redistribute them as a template library or package, remove the SimpleFormKit attribution from a redistributed template, or claim the original layout as your own product. Sharing a filled work document is different from distributing the blank template for others to download.

Limits and your responsibility
